The Development Board's main
function is fund raising.
Located in Santee, South Carolina, our fire department proudly protects and serves the residents of Santee and surrounding area.

Our primary response area is Santee and the immediate surrounding area.

We are a combination department with a roster of 16 personnel made up of both career firefighters and volunteers who assist with fire suppression, rescue services, emergency medical care, and fire prevention.

STATEMENT
Using training and education as our foundation, the Santee Fire Service District is committed to providing professional fire and life safety services to the citizens of our community in a fiscally responsible manner. We, as a team, will strive to minimize losses and suffering through effective emergency service delivery, public education and community involvement.
